- If your admission is named mismatch, kindly send your full names as they appear in form four certificate and the correct form four index number (SXXX/XXX/YEAR) to any of the numbers 0767086469,0785164074,0629130221 or
- If your admission status is “Currently continuing student” Kindly send the evidence of discontinuation or deregistration from the university which you were previously admitted to admission@mzumbe.ac.tz. Kindly mention your index number in the stipulated format in the email.
- If you are a diploma applicant kindly check the correctness of AVN number and send the same in the given email address
